Charlie Pappis was Group Vice President and General Manager of Applied Global Services (AGS), Applied Materials鈥 aftermarket business supporting customers in the semiconductor, and display industries. In this role, Mr. Pappis led a >$3B organization that develops and delivers products and services for the installed base of Applied Materials equipment around the world. Mr. Pappis was with the AGS Business Unit starting in 2005 serving in a variety of executive management roles prior to becoming the General Manager in 2008. Mr. Pappis is an expert in the field of product and customer support, with more than 30 years of experience. Since his retirement in 2016 he continues to do consulting work within the semiconductor industry in an advisory capacity. Mr. Pappis received a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science from the Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1983, and attended the Stanford/AEA Executive MBA program in 1994. He resides in Pleasanton, CA

Jack has designed and delivered a wide range of revenue and performance improvement and sales leadership development projects for organizations that have produced lasting change and results. Transitioning to the Chairman鈥檚 role in 2024, Jack continues to pursue his much-treasured role as a coach and adviser to senior leaders to help them address their specific business and personal development challenges. Prior to JBK, Jack worked as a training consultant to the U.S. Army Institute at Fort Rucker, Alabama. Jack received his B.A. degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and both his M.A. and his Ph.D. in Psychology from West Virginia University, specializing in Instructional Design and Organizational Development.

Under Ragu鈥檚 leadership, GUC pioneered services and technologies that solve complex human resources, payroll, and accounting challenges in over 170 countries. Ragu leveraged his vast business expertise to navigate some of the world鈥檚 trickiest business environments for startups to Fortune 50 companies. In previous avatars, Ragu was Chief Financial Officer at ActivIdentity (ACTI) and held leadership positions in several companies including Deloitte and NetIQ (NTIQ) where he played a key role in helping the company grow from $20 million to over $300 million in revenue. Ragu has also been on the board of the nonprofit 黄色视频 for over 10 years. A Certified Public Accountant, Ragu holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in business administration from the University of Alaska at Anchorage and a bachelor鈥檚 degree in science from the University of Rajasthan, India.
Manjula is a senior Executive Leader and Independent Board Director for Public and Private Companies across multiple industries, with over 30 years of successfully transforming, building, and scaling businesses. An inclusive, visionary leader and intrapreneur with Go-to-Market expertise, she has served in C-suite roles with a history of driving innovation, digital transformation, and profitable growth of B2B and SaaS companies. She is currently an Independent Director at Sunrun (Nasdaq:RUN) the nation鈥檚 leading home solar, battery storage and energy services company and multiple security companies in the THOMABRAVO private equity portfolio, including Proofpoint, Ping Identity and Imprivata. In addition, she continues to give back in both the United States and India, with a focus on children鈥檚 education. She is a Board Member of 黄色视频, a non-profit focused on underserved schools and providing young people a chance at a better future. Most recently Manjula was Chief Customer Officer of PagerDuty, leading the company's post-sales business. Prior to joining PagerDuty, Manjula served as the SVP of the Customer Success Group at Salesforce. Manjula started her IT leadership career at Cisco Systems. During her 22-year tenure with Cisco she served in several senior leadership roles including VP, Sales-Cisco Partnerships, and VP of Cisco Consulting Services. Manjula is a sought-after speaker and thought leader on the topics of Customer Success, Generative AI, Data Science and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Cissy Leung was vice president for Service Business Units in the Applied Global Services Group at Applied Materials before she retired in March, 2021. She was responsible for driving the growth of service and spares business for multiple equipment product lines. Under her leadership, her team has grown service and spares revenue year over year, achieving strong results and gaining market share. She models what it is to be a good partner with the business units, her service peers and the Global Field Group, all to deliver the best result for the customer and the company. Cissy has been with Applied for over 30 years. Prior to joining AGS, she held a number of leadership positions in technology, marketing and business management. She initially joined Applied as a process engineer to focus on product development of the P5000, the industry鈥檚 first single wafer multi-chamber platform. Cissy earned her bachelor鈥檚 degree in chemical engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and her master鈥檚 degree in management from Stanford Business School. She has also won multiple awards, including the prestigious 鈥淭ribute to Women in Industry鈥 award from the YWCA. In 2020, she was named one of the "50 Most Powerful Women in Technology" by the National Diversity Council.
Shveta currently serves as the Head of Global Learning and Development for Micron Technology. In her role, she fulfills the growth and development needs of all 37,000 Micron employees across 18 countries. Previously, Shveta held leadership roles at SanDisk, Palo Alto Networks, and LiveRamp. Shveta is a former Board Member of OneProsper International and an official Member of Forbes HR Council. Shveta holds a Bachelor鈥檚 in Economics and Sociology from the University of Mumbai, a diploma in mass media and communication from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women鈥檚 University, a Master鈥檚 of Science in Instructional Technology from Utah State University, and a Master鈥檚 in Organizational Development.
Linda Shelby is a partner with Blue Marble Investments where she serves as Chief Administrative Officer with responsibility for development of policy and oversight of regulatory compliance. Blue Marble is an investment management firm concentrated exclusively on sustainable investing. Linda joined Blue Marble in 2017 after retiring from a 26-year career in executive management at Bank of America and Merrill Lynch. Linda received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration-Finance from California State University, Fresno.
Drew Henry is an executive vice-president for Arm, a global computing and AI technology leader. Prior to joining Arm, Drew has founded or was a founding member of numerous technology startups and has been an executive leader at some of Silicon Valley鈥檚 top companies including NVIDIA, SanDisk and Silicon Graphics. Drew has also served as a board member and chair of Notre Dame High School Belmont and as a member of the Dean鈥檚 Advisory Council for the School of Engineering and Computer Science at the University of the Pacific. Prior to joining Extreme, Monica served as CMO at Hitachi Vantara, where she launched Hitachi鈥檚 new brand strategy and narrative, and led a product simplification strategy that brought the company鈥檚 portfolio of data storage products together into one easy-to-consume, scalable, and resilient platform. Previously, she served as SVP of Marketing and Cloud go-to-market at Nutanix and spent more than 20 years at Oracle in a variety of marketing roles, most notably as the CMO of the Oracle Data Management and Database Cloud business.
Justin Prettyman is entering his eighth season as Executive Director of the 49ers Foundation, where he leads efforts to educate and empower Bay Area youth through football and community-focused strategies. Under his leadership, the Foundation has delivered award-winning STEAM education and nationally recognized youth football programs, while building impactful partnerships with industry leaders and nonprofits across the region. The 49ers were named the ESPN Sports Humanitarian Team of the Year for these efforts in 2017. In 2023, Prettyman launched the Red & Gold Society, the first-ever annual giving society designed to engage individuals, foundations, and corporate partners, ensuring long-term sustainability for the Foundation. To date, the 49ers Foundation has invested more than $70 million into historically underserved Bay Area communities. Before joining the 49ers, Prettyman spent 11 years with the Boston Red Sox Foundation, which, along with the 49ers Foundation, is among the largest team foundations in professional sports. As Assistant Director of Marketing and Development, he led the Foundation鈥檚 cornerstone education initiative, the Red Sox Scholars Program, which earned the inaugural MLB Commissioner鈥檚 Award for Philanthropic Excellence in 2009. Under his direction, the Foundation also won the Robert Wood Johnson Award for Best Team Charity in Professional Sports in 2010. Prettyman has received numerous accolades throughout his career, including being named to Modern Luxury鈥檚 Silicon Valley Power List, the San Francisco Business Times, and the Silicon Valley Business Journal鈥檚 Top 50 Corporate Philanthropists. He earned a bachelor's degree in public relations with a minor in political science from Suffolk University and completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University. Most recently, Prettyman was selected as a fellow in the prestigious American Leadership Forum. In addition to his role with the 49ers Foundation, Prettyman serves on multiple professional and community boards, including the AT&T California Connectivity Council, where he helps deliver technology to underserved communities. He also serves on the boards of the Silicon Valley Education Foundation, 黄色视频 San Jose/Silicon Valley, and Silicon Valley Leadership Group Foundation, where he works to promote civic leadership, youth education, and empowerment. Prettyman is committed to using sports as a catalyst for positive change and believes in empowering the next generation through mentorship and the development of essential business skills. Originally from Rhode Island, Prettyman resides in the Bay Area with his wife, Alyssa, and their three children, Jackson, Kingston, Nya, and their French bulldog, Luna.
