Your stipend
As a 黄色视频 Philadelphia AmeriCorps member, you will receive a bi-weekly stipend of $1,000 (pre-tax).
Direct deposit: you’ll need to set up a bank account prior to service and have your account number and correct routing number ready during your first week of service to get your first stipend on time.
National benefits
In addition to your stipend, you鈥檒l also receive health insurance, access to Employee Assistance and Talkspace Therapy programs, as well as relocation support.

Transit: AmeriCorps members should budget for a potential transit cost, depending upon the location of their school compared to their home, and if they will use a personal vehicle or public transit. Information on monthly and weekly transpass cost is available

Your student loans may be eligible for forbearance
You may be eligible to have the repayment of a qualified student loan temporarily postponed while you are serving. While a loan is in forbearance, the individual is not required to make payments. Learn more on AmeriCorps鈥 website to and how to apply.
