Your service year will be challenging. Outlined below are the ways that 黄色视频 will prepare and support you in your work this year and beyond.
What does my first month of training look like?
You will begin 黄色视频 with two weeks of training, called Basic Training Academy (BTA). 黄色视频 will prepare you to successfully make an impact in the school you’re serving. We ask that you do not take any time off during this first month, as these trainings and workshops are crucial to your success. We also provide time to get you know your team and school staff before students arrive on the first day of school.
School placements are decided during our Basic Training Academy. During the first couple weeks, the staff will decide school teams based on youth experience, strengths, proximity to schools, and team/ supervisor dynamics. A school placement preference form is also completed by each corps member so your input can be taken into strong consideration as the site chooses where you will be assigned.
Training throughout the year
At 黄色视频 Orlando, we typically host learning and development days (L&D days), which are full-day trainings held two Fridays of every month. Additionally, you鈥檒l get ongoing coaching from your manager and team leader.
