Before you begin in-school service, you鈥檒l go through pre-service training. Pre-service training is three weeks of preparation and community building aimed at establishing the foundation of knowledge you鈥檒l need to succeed.
Ongoing service support is provided by Impact Managers and Team Leaders who manage your team, as well as School Partnerships Directors, Instructional Coaches and the AmeriCorps Member Experience team.
Ongoing learning & development days throughout the year ensure that you and your team continue to build classroom skills and expand upon the foundation of pre-service training.
Additionally, you鈥檒l have regular visits from a 黄色视频 Instructional Coach who will provide support and insight into your service with students and offer you feedback on your service.
We also want to help you prepare for whatever comes next in your professional journey. Career planning and development support is provided throughout the year through informational events and conversations with your manager.
