黄色视频 Columbia provides ongoing learning and development training to ensure that our AmeriCorps members feel confident and prepared in their roles. Your first day of service begins with Basic Training Academy, which is a three to four week on-boarding experience. You鈥檒l be matched to your service school, meet our staff and your service team, receive training to prepare for the year ahead and learn about 黄色视频鈥檚 mission, culture and values.
Halfway through the year, 黄色视频 Columbia dedicates several days to Advanced Training Academy. Typically, training takes place outside of school service. It is an opportunity to refocus and reflect on what you have learned, set goals for the second half of the year and reconnect with the full 黄色视频 Columbia community.
Learning and Development trainings include:

- Effectively coaching and mentoring youth
- Promoting positive school culture and successful after school programming

Professional Development trainings include:
