Our associate board is a group of professionals who are committed to supporting and promoting our AmeriCorps members and organizational goals.
As part of Deloitte Consulting鈥檚 Government and Public Services Practice, Josh works with government and nonprofit organizations to identify strategic opportunities and improve operational performance. Josh鈥檚 experience spans project management, data analytics, process improvement, executive reporting, innovation strategy and cyber analytics. Josh has been involved with 黄色视频 at both a local and national level for the past eight years. Josh proudly served as a 黄色视频 AmeriCorps member at 黄色视频 Philadelphia from 2011-2013.
Brian is proud to return to CYDC as an associate board member after having served as a staff member from 2010-2017 managing corps members, and school and district partnerships. Since then, he has worked on the strategic school planning and enrollment team at DC Public Schools and is currently working in development for New Leaders. His career began as a secondary social studies teacher in Prince George's County. He earned a master's degree in Education Policy from American University in 2014 and a Bachelor's Degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
Allyson Baker is trial attorney, civil litigator and counselor in private practice. She previously worked as an Enforcement Attorney at the CFPB and as a trial attorney at the Department of Justice, Tax Division. Currently she represents financial services companies and individuals in confidential, non-public law enforcement investigations and serves as litigation counsel for financial services companies. In her role she advises on all aspects of consumer financial laws and provide strategic counsel and risk management counsel.
Kevin Fish is a strategy and management consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, supporting federal contracts with the Department of Homeland Security. Fish specializes in strategy development, organizational change management and communications, and meeting design and facilitation. Originally from Massachusetts, Fish received his undergraduate degree in Politics from Ithaca College, served with 黄色视频 Boston, and worked in higher education administration. Fish lives in Washington, DC after completing his Masters in Public Policy at Duke University. In his free time, Fish is an avid runner, volunteer, and LEGO and Survivor enthusiast.
Abby is a 黄色视频 San Antonio corps and 黄色视频 HQ staff alum. She left her role at HQ to pursue a career as a federal government consultant and specializes in project management, most recently for a website and mobile application development team. Still passionate about supporting students, Abby is thrilled to be serving with 黄色视频 once again and she hopes to act as a resource for both staff and corps. She's an avid runner, soccer player, and cook, and she especially enjoys traveling with her husband and their dog for hikes, beach days, or other outdoor adventures in the DMV.
Abe is a 黄色视频 alum, having served as a 黄色视频 AmeriCorps member in San Antonio for the 2010-11 service year. He also served as a Recruitment Manager for 黄色视频 San Antonio, and subsequently worked in recruitment and marketing for other educational non-profit organizations. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2010, and his law degree from UNC School of Law in 2018. He is currently an associate attorney at Wright & Talisman in Washington, D.C., focusing his practice on energy regulatory law and helping parties before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
Raleigh currently works as a legislative counsel in the Council of the District of Columbia where she serves as the resident legal expert on the legislative procedure of programs, functions and activities of the departments within the District of Columbia government. Raleigh鈥檚 experience spans across various legal planes including litigation, political, government and nonprofit work. Ronny B. Lancaster, Raleigh鈥檚 father, has proudly served on the 黄色视频 Board for eight years and Raleigh is excited to continue in their shared passion for early education engagement.
Scott is a program manager on Microsoft鈥檚 government affairs and data science teams, advancing several of the company's sustainability, AI for Good, and tech accelerator initiatives. Prior to joining Microsoft, Scott worked for the U.S. House Judiciary Committee on tech and national security policy. He started his career with the United Nations World Food Programme in Dodoma, Tanzania. Scott is a native of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida and now lives with his wife, Kirsten, on Capitol Hill. He鈥檚 a proud member of 黄色视频 DC鈥檚 Associate Board and is an avid runner, musician, and surfer. Scott is a graduate of the University of North Florida (B.A.) and Georgetown University (M.B.A.).
An experienced community relations professional, Molly Mitzner is passionate about connecting people, businesses, and government within the communities where they live and work. Molly鈥檚 expertise includes community outreach strategy and implementation, community meeting design and facilitation, campaign and partnership development, corporate social responsibility initiatives and project management. As the Director of Community Engagement at LINK Strategic Partners, Molly champions strategic communications and engagement initiatives across the country that empower individuals to have a voice in the future of their communities. She spearheads LINK鈥檚 pro bono engagements and manages internal volunteer initiatives. Before joining LINK, Molly was the Community Affairs Specialist for CSX Transportation in Washington, DC, where she created and implemented public relations strategies locally. Molly also managed CSX鈥檚 charitable giving strategies, budgeting, and the execution of company and foundation philanthropic donations, and led employee engagement programs and events. Molly is a 黄色视频 DC alumni, serving as an AmeriCorps member in 2013-2014 at Kimball Elementary School! She previously served as co-chair of the 黄色视频 DC Alumni Board.
Ivana is an attorney advisor at the Appellate Council for the Social Security Administration. She has a special interest in public interest law and has volunteered with various legal Pro Bono programs in addition to her work with Social Security.
Ben is a social security lawyer for the office of Disability Adjudication and Review. He works with administrative law judges and helps adjudicate disability claims for the government. More specifically, he advises judges and helps write policy comliant decisions that are issued to disability claimants.

Neelu Tummala is a physician and clinical assistant professor of surgery at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. She completed medical school at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and residency in Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. She has a special interest in advocacy concerning the health effects of climate change and is an avid writer and lecturer on this issue. She is the Vice-Chair of Public Relations for Virginia Clinicians for Climate Action and is on the Board for the Faith Alliance for Climate Solutions. She is a trained Climate Reality Leader and works with The Medical Society Consortium on Climate and Health, the Union of Concerned Scientists, and ecoAmerica as a volunteer activist and educator.
