Willamette University MBA offers ��ɫ��Ƶ AmeriCorps members, alums and staff

$25,000 scholarships

The ��ɫ��Ƶ Scholarship is valued at nearly 50% of tuition annually for qualified ��ɫ��Ƶ AmeriCorps members towards full-time study in Willamette University’s Early Career and Career Change MBA program.

Scholarships are renewable for the duration of the program. Students must meet scholarship renewal criteria, including maintaining a GPA of 3.0 or better and continued full-time enrollment.

Scholarships are awarded to ��ɫ��Ƶ AmeriCorps members and alums who complete at least one term of service and ��ɫ��Ƶ staff employed for at least two years.

Additional benefits

• There is no application fee for prospective students who submit the online application.
• Enrollment deferral: A one-year deferral is available for accepted students who decide to serve additional time with ��ɫ��Ƶ before starting their studies.

Willamette University MBA has a rolling admission policy. However, priority is given to students who complete the application process in a timely manner.

To identify your ��ɫ��Ƶ affiliation

Please contact the admissions office to identify yourself as a ��ɫ��Ƶ applicant and reference our partnership. You should also click a checkbox on the application and indicate your ��ɫ��Ƶ affiliation in the essay portion of the application.

To apply for the scholarship

To be considered for the scholarship, a service verification letter must be requested by emailing alumni@cityyear.org with “Willamette University MBA: ��ɫ��Ƶ verification letter request” in the subject line. Within the email, include the site where you served and your AmeriCorps graduation month and year. This letter will be sent electronically by ��ɫ��Ƶ to the admissions office and added to your applicant file.
