Northeastern University’s School of Law offers ��ɫ��Ƶ AmeriCorps members, alums and staff

25% scholarships

The scholarship award will be equal to a minimum of 25% for a minimum of two and maximum of four eligible ��ɫ��Ƶ applicants per year towards the . The scholarship may be renewed in subsequent years provided recipients maintain continuous registration and remain in good academic standing, according to Northeastern’s standards.

Scholarships are awarded to ��ɫ��Ƶ AmeriCorps members and alums who complete at least one term of service and ��ɫ��Ƶ staff employed for at least two years.

The scholarships described above represent the minimum awards; applicants will be considered for additional merit-based aid depending on their academic strength.

Please note: there is high interest in this program and a limited number of scholarship slots. Admission to the School of Law does not guarantee access to this ��ɫ��Ƶ scholarship.

• Enrollment deferral: Northeastern will allow deferrals for up to one year if accepted applicants decide to serve additional time with ��ɫ��Ƶ.

To apply for the scholarship

To be considered for the scholarship, a service verification letter must be requested by emailing the ��ɫ��Ƶ Alumni and Career Services Department at alumni@cityyear.org with “Northeastern University School of Law: ��ɫ��Ƶ verification letter request” in the subject line. Within the email, include the site where you served and dates of service. This letter will be sent directly to Northeastern’s admissions office and added to your applicant file.
