These programs, some of which are administered through a selective admission process, aim to grow our staff as leaders and give them skills to advance to the next stage of their career at 黄色视频. Leadership programs available nationally include:
- LEAD 黄色视频 – high-performing director-level staff who are ready for a leadership position within the following year. The cohort attends three 3-day conferences with learning opportunities designed to strengthen leadership competencies and business acumen. The program also includes access to senior leadership mentors, an experiential learning project and individual development plan coaching.
- Clover model professional development – utilizing the Clover Model of Human Development, impact staff engage in a year of learning in regional cohorts to deepen skills in leading and managing. Through these experiences, participants build communities of practice and gain new perspectives and insights into our work.
- Management modules – The people management modules, through a series of sessions, provide 黄色视频 staff with coaching and management tools as well as norms for leading and supporting people at 黄色视频. Some topics include: roles, goals and check-ins; time management; the delegation cycle; and managing up, sideways and remotely.
- Devo University – Devo University is 黄色视频’s overall learning and development program for all development professionals and staff members with a fundraising component in their position.
- Adaptive schools – 黄色视频 has a diverse workforce engaged in the complex work of supporting public schools. The Adaptive Schools Foundations Seminar offers concepts and strategies for inclusive collaboration that develops groups and yields responsive solutions for our dynamic service environment. Participants can expect to develop collaboration skills for facilitating groups, developing groups and becoming more skillful group members.
